“A second-generation Villages resident helping you find your place in The Villages.”
Kevin’s story
For nearly 30 years, The Villages® has been a special part of my family’s life.
My parents were among the early residents. Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow, change, and become home to so many wonderful people. As a second-generation Villages resident, I’ve experienced firsthand what makes this lifestyle so unique.
Long before I got into real estate, I found myself helping my parents’ friends, our own friends, and family members who were thinking about making The Villages their home. We’ve explored so many different areas of the community, and one thing I’ve learned is that every section has its own personality, charm, and beauty.
Now, as a Realtor® with Realty Executives in The Villages, I get to help others discover the lifestyle my family has enjoyed for decades.
Whether you’re just starting to explore, trying to decide which area feels right, or ready to make the move, I’d love to share what I’ve learned along the way. Not just about homes, but about the neighborhoods, the amenities, and what makes each area special.
For us, The Villages isn’t simply a place to live. It’s a lifestyle we’ve known, loved, and shared with others for almost 30 years.
I’d be honored to help you find your place here.
— Kevin
