North — Spanish Springs
The original. Mature landscaping, established neighborhoods, most bonds paid off.
Central — Lake Sumter Landing
The waterfront square, the widest range of home styles, everything a cart ride away.
South — Brownwood
Newer homes, a western-flavored square, quick access to the newest growth.
Newest — south of 44
Where the developer is building now: Sawgrass Grove, Middleton, Eastport and beyond.
