What’s open
Hotel Eastport opened in December 2025 overlooking the lake and resort pool. Prime + Ember steakhouse opened in November 2025. Through 2026 the town center has added Lucky Goat Coffee, The Villages Logo Store, Found For Home, Mia Sorella, and concessions at the Farragut Softball Complex.
